Cancellation and Rescheduling
Plans can change, and we know it.
This page contains essential information about honoring your time and mine when it comes to our sessions together.
When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on my calendar that is no longer available to other people.
Please give notice at least 24 hours in advance if cancellation is necessary. Your advanced information will allow another client access to that appointment time.
How to Cancel or Reschedule Your Appointment
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment within the 24-hour timeframe, please do so on the booking page, and let me know the reason why you are canceling or rescheduling.
Rescheduling is considered late when the appointment is rescheduled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a client misses an appointment without canceling. In either case, we will charge you the amount of the session / your session will be deducted from the number of sessions you have left in your package.
